Prof. Xinbing Wang

IEEE Senior Member, The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars

Xinbing Wang, Distinguished Professor and Doctoral supervisor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, winner of the National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars, hismain research focus is on Internet of Things, Mobile Internet, Big Data.

He was awarded IEEE ComSoc Asia-Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher in 2009, IEEE ComSoc Outstanding Service in 2010, the 12th Ying Tung Fok award in 2010, Pu Jiang Ren Cai Scholar in 2008, and Shanghai Branch of China Association for Computing Machinery YOCSEF first cutting-edge IT in 2009. In 1998, he graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a B.S. degree in Automation. And he earned his M.S. degree in Computer Science and Technology from Tsinghua University. Then he received his Ph.D. degree major in Electrical and Computer Engineering and minor in Mathematics from North Carolina State University. Since 2006, he worked at Shanghai Jiaotong University on capacity of wireless network and cognitive network. He also published about 80 papers on IEEE journals and conferences, applied for more than 30 patents with 11 granted. A couple of research projects, including National Natural Science Foundation, key projects of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, International Cooperation Foundation of The Ministry of Science and Technology, Ying Tung Fok Foundation of Ministry of Education, foundation of doctoral program and foundation for returned Chinese Scholars, project for Pu Jiang Ren Cai Scholar and key scientific and technological project, are being undertaken by him. His representative papers include IEEE IPCCC best paper, about 20 papers appeared on international conferences like ACM MobiCOM 2012, 2011, 2009, ACM MobiHoc 2012, 2009, 2008, IEEE INFOCOM 2012, 2011, 2010, 30 papers appeared on the journals on wireless network including IEEE Trans on Networking 2012, 2011, 2008, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing 2012, 2011, 2009, IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed System 2011, 2010, IEEE Trans on Wireless Communications 2009, 2008, 2007. 


Prof. Zhicheng Dong

Tibet University, China

Dong Zhicheng, Ph.D., Professor, Master/Ph.D. Thesis Supervisor, part-time doctoral supervisor at Tianjin University, member of the 12th Tibet Autonomous Region Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, leader of the third batch of "National University Huang Dajian-style Teacher Teams," chief scientist of the National Key Research and Development Program project, chief scientist of the Tibet Autonomous Region Major Science and Technology Special Project, director of the Tibet Autonomous Region Plateau Complex Environment Information Transmission and Processing Engineering Research Center, head of the Advanced Technology Research Center at Tibet University, IEEE member, and member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics. Focuses on border public safety and social governance, mainly conducting research in plateau communication systems, information security, artificial intelligence, and embedded technology. Published over 100 papers, including more than 60 indexed by SCI and EI. Submitted four local standards for the Tibet Autonomous Region. Filed or authorized over ten Chinese invention patents. As a key participant, completed some chapters of the first international white paper on 5G high-mobility wireless communication (English version). Won the Second Prize of the 2020 Tibet Autonomous Region Science and Technology Award (ranked first), the First Prize of the 2020 China Meteorological Service Association Science and Technology Award (ranked third), the title of "Outstanding Young Scholar" at Tibet University, and the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award from Southwest Jiaotong University. Led two projects under the National Key Research and Development Program and the Tibet Autonomous Region "Safe Tibet" Major Science and Technology Special Project; completed ten projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, the Tibet Autonomous Region Key Research and Transformation Plan, and the Tibet Autonomous Region Natural Science Foundation.

Prof. Guangjie Han

IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, AAIA Fellow, Hohai University, China

Guangjie Han (Fellow, IEEE) is presently serving as a Professor in the Department of Internet of Things Engineering at Hohai University, Changzhou, China. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China in 2004. In February 2008, he successfully completed his tenure as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Computer Science at Chonnam National University, Gwangju, Korea. From October 2010 to October 2011, he held the position of Visiting Research Scholar at Osaka University, Suita, Japan. During January 2017 to February 2017 period he served as a Visiting Professor at City University of Hong Kong in China. Furthermore,from July 2017 to July 2020,he was appointed as Distinguished Professor at Dalian University of Technology in China. His current research interests encompass various domains including Internet of Things (IoT), Industrial Internet (IIoT), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI), Mobile Computing and Security and Privacy. Dr. Han has an extensive publication record with over 500 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers along with approximately160 granted and pending patents. His remarkable academic impact is evident through his H-index which stands at an impressive value of60and i10-index reaching257 according to Google Citation(Google Scholar). The total citation count for his papers exceeds13600+ times.

Dr. Han is a Fellow of the UK Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET). He has served on the Editorial Boards of up to 10 international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics (TII), IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking (TCCN), IEEE Systems Journal, IEEE/CCA Journal of Automation Science and Engineering (JAS), and IEEE Network. He has guest-edited several special issues in prestigious IEEE Journals and Magazines such as the IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications (JSAC), IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Wireless Communications Magazine, and Computer Networks. Dr. Han has also held leadership positions as chair of organizing and technical committees in numerous international conferences. He has been honored with the 2020 Best Paper Award from the prestigious journal, IEEE Systems Journal, as well as the 2017-2019 Outstanding Associate Editor Award from renowned publication,IEEE ACCESS. Additionally, he is recognized as a Fellow by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).




Prof. Lianshan Yan

Southwest Jiaotong University, China

Liu Yiguang, a National-level Talent, professor, and doctoral supervisor, completed his undergraduate, master's, and doctoral education at Nanjing University of Science and Technology (1991-1995), Peking University (1995-1998), and Sichuan University (2001-2004). He then conducted visiting research at the National University of Singapore, Imperial College London, and Michigan State University. Currently, he is a professor at the School of Computer Science, Sichuan University, and serves as the chief scientist of the Aerospace Information Detection and Intelligent Perception Engineering Special Direction Team (one of the six engineering teams at Sichuan University).

His main research focus is on information detection and intelligent perception. He has led over ten national-level projects, including seven National Natural Science Foundation projects (two of which are key projects) and two major national special projects.

He has won the First Prize of Sichuan Province Science and Technology Progress Award once, the Second Prize of Natural Science Award once, and two IEEE ICME paper awards at international conferences. He serves as an editorial board member of *Laser Technology*, *Journal of Testing Technology*, and *Chinese Journal of Graphics and Image Processing*, a standing director of the Chinese Society of Graphics and Image, a standing director of the Intelligent Convergence Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, and the CCIG2022 program chair of the Chinese Society of Graphics and Image.

Prof. Yiguang Liu

The University of Electro-Communications, China

Liu Yiguang, a National-level Talent, professor, and doctoral supervisor, completed his undergraduate, master's, and doctoral education at Nanjing University of Science and Technology (1991-1995), Peking University (1995-1998), and Sichuan University (2001-2004). He then conducted visiting research at the National University of Singapore, Imperial College London, and Michigan State University. Currently, he is a professor at the School of Computer Science, Sichuan University, and serves as the chief scientist of the Aerospace Information Detection and Intelligent Perception Engineering Special Direction Team (one of the six engineering teams at Sichuan University).

Researcher Liuguo Yin

Tsinghua University, China

Liuguo Yin is a researcher at the Aerospace Technology Research Center of Tsinghua University, a young Changjiang Scholar and a doctoral supervisor. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Technology from Beihang University in 2000 and his Ph.D. from the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University in January 2005. Since March 2005, he has been engaged in research work at the Aerospace Technology Research Center of Tsinghua University. From April 2007 to March 2008, he received the EU ERCIM scholarship to conduct postdoctoral research at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

His main research focus is on Space communication network, wireless multimedia communication, multi-domain collaborative communication, LDPC coding and decoding, source channel joint coding, quantum secure communication, etc. He won the "Best Paper Award" at the IEEE ICCCAS International Conference in 2002, received the "Microsoft Scholar" award (Microsoft Research Fellowship Award) from Microsoft Research Asia in 2003, was awarded the First Prize for Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation by Tsinghua University in 2005, was selected into the Key Talent Support Program of Tsinghua University in 2007, and was included in the New Century Talent Support Program of the Ministry of Education in 2010. He received one second prize in National Technology Invention (ranked 2), two first prizes and one second prize in the Electronics Information Science and Technology Award from the Institute of Electronics, China Electronics Association (ranked 3, 4, and 1). He has published over 30 SCI/EI academic papers and holds more than 10 authorized invention patents.
